Dreaming of opening their own shop, best friends Bex and Dawn run a cosy cake stall in the heart of town. After facing repeated rejections from the bank, they gratefully accept a £10,000 loan from Jeremy, Dawn's boyfriend. However, they are unaware that he is a ruthless loan shark who preys on the community. Now that they have taken the bait, Jeremy owns them, and he wants his money back with a substantial interest.
