Plot
Storyline
Bex and Dawn are trapped. They dream of taking control of their lives and owning their own upmarket cafe, but no one will give people like them the opportunity.
Dreaming of opening their own shop, best friends Bex and Dawn run a cosy cake stall in the heart of town. After facing repeated rejections from the bank, they gratefully accept a £10,000 loan from Jeremy, Dawn's boyfriend. However, they are unaware that he is a ruthless loan shark who preys on the community. Now that they have taken the bait, Jeremy owns them, and he wants his money back with a substantial interest. As he subjects Dawn and Bex to strong-arm tactics, the violence escalates, and the question remains: Will they find a way out of this nightmare?
