Raman lives life by conning people and also wants his son Prasad to follow the same.His sister Gayetri married to custom officer Pratap lives in Bombay along with their son Ravi and feels Raman will change someday.After conning many people Raman and Prasad elope to Bombay and see that Pratap is no more whose killed by a goon Gullu Daada and Gayetri is gone insane and needs to be admitted to asylum.Raman takes Ravi along but abandons him mid way years later Raman and Prasad have made it big by conning people.While Ravi has turned a street goon he was taken care by a kind lady an looks after his daughter Anita who loves Anil an orphan.Anil pretends to be Gayetri's son Ravi and wants to revenge on Raman and starts harassing him.Raman and Prasad decide to take help of Gullu Daada to eliminate Anil but see Ravi has overpowered him in a fight and hire Ravi.Anil whose critical is admitted to hospital by Ravi's love interest Rosy and revels to Anita that Ravi is actual reason for Anil's state.Ravi repents his mistake and teams up with Anil to teach Raman and Prasad a lesson.The only way to teach father and son duo a lesson is by separating them.
