Plot:

The host of a live children's TV puppet show is actually a psychopathic killer, and when he hears stories from the children who watch his show that they are being physically abused by their parents, he starts stalking said parents and then murdering them in revenge. Meanwhile, the police are investigating the murders as the body count rises.
