Plot:

Neo-Tokyo, 2019. Thirty years after World War III, the futuristic metropolis is suffocating under corruption and chaos. While the government battles frequent uprisings, the motorcycle gang of which young Tetsuo is caught in the middle of a military operation to retrieve an escaped subject with secrets worth killing for. As the run-in with the law turns sour, twisted experiments unleash something monstrous within Tetsuo. But what is the mysterious Akira Project?
