Alok is the only son of millionaire Mrs. Karona Ranjeet. For the past few years he was a mental case. However, he recovered after a hard work by Dr. Sen. Karona and his brother, decide to get him married but the doctor says that the girls whom Alok marries should completely dissolve her personality into Alok because such people become quite possessive after treatment. In the while, Alok runs out of the town and goes to Bombay. Keeping in mind that he will not return with his Uncle, Karona sends her new manager, Mr. Siddarth, to take him back home. Siddarth goes to Bombay and takes Alok back to town. Meanwhile, Alok gets attached with Siddarth so much that he does not want him to leave for just a minute and so with his friend, Meeta. Meeta is an orphan brought up by Mrs. Karona. Meeta and Siddarth love each other but during the while, Alok also falls in love with Meeta and wants to marry her. Meeta is very kind of Mrs. Karona and does not want to hurt her by refusing to marry Alok but she loves Siddarth. However, she gets engaged with Alok and Siddarth leaves the town after giving resignation. But Alok recalls him as he comes to know that there was some serious relationship in the past between Meeta and Siddarth. What will that serious possessive psychological case (Alok) do with both of them (Siddarth and Meeta)?
