Plot Storyline

A look at the violent consequences faced by a middle-class family, as seen by three different points of view.

The Guignebonts are an ordinary middle class family living an uneventful life. Or should we say, WERE ? For, everything changes one day when their garden shed is destroyed by fire. The father, Jean, a former professional soccer player, starts behaving erratically. And despite police inspector Mort Vivant's investigation the mystery deepens. Reality even goes haywire : father, mother and teenage daughter struggle in the middle of bullets, banknotes, blood, manipulation and other things of the kind. Really, provincial life is no longer what it used to be!
