Wealthy business-man, Mathur lives with his wife, Mohini, two daughters, Roma and Reema, together with their grand-mother. Reema takes a romantic interest in wealthy industrialist, Ravi Saxena - without his knowledge only to be heart broken when Ravi asks her parents for Roma's hand in marriage. On the wedding day Roma does not turn up leaving behind a letter informing Ravi to wait as she would like to participate in modeling. This not only breaks Ravi heart but embarrass him and her family members among the invitees which then forces Ravi to marry Reema. After marriage; the couple live a happy and harmonious life but this happiness is short-lived when Roma return - as she feels threaten and betrayed both by her lover and sister and is out to teach them a lesson of a lifetime.
