Plot:
Contractor Forest Junior seems to materialize out of the snow man which big city lawyer Kelly Mitchum made with her BFF, while describing her ideal man, on seasonal Christmas home visit to the splendid old lodge her parents run in a Vermont small town, as he seems to tick all her boxes while arriving just when the lodge needs a handyman urgently as Christmastide is high season. They bond, also over the splendid estate, which is in financial trouble, until she wrongly believes him a spy for his estranged tycoon father, who bids on it for modern development, while the historical society gets very interested.
