Zivot / Life (2017)(CZ)

The six astronauts at the International Space Station and scientists back on Earth are excited when a probe to Mars discovers what is the first evidence of life on the planet, astronaut Hugh Derry, the current team's biologist, who will do preliminary observations at the ISS of what appears to be a creature similar to Earthly single cell organisms. What looks to be the cell multiplying Harry discovers is actually the organism growing. Harry and the others learn the hard way that the being, who they've named Calvin, is much more intelligent and insidious than they first suspected. It then becomes a battle between the six and Calvin for survival, the six who have to be cognizant of the limited resources they have available at their disposal to kill Calvin. They also have to work against the worst case scenario, that Calvin makes its way to Earth and a more hospitable environment to grow and thus wreak havoc beyond just the six of them.
