Plot:

In a mountain resort town, a hooded figure shoots someone and spray paints "The First" in the snow. Sam McNeill, the sheriff tries to figure out what's going on-are there going to be more killing? And at the same time he has to deal with town officials who are more concerned of how this will affect their primary source of income--tourism.
