Reality series that takes viewers inside of a tough women-only gym run by former beauty queen Katie Boyd. Katie is a Boston-based trainer and former pageant queen who may look beautiful, but inside she is as tough as a drill sergeant. Her clients range from suburban moms to women wanting to follow in her pageant footsteps, and she pushes them all to the limit to reach their goals.
