Kabir is on the prowl killing people who are planning against India but being on secret mission he is termed as traitor in the country.Kali a terrorist organization run by wealthy people of different countries hire Kabir for their mission.Kali forces Kabir to kill his father figure Colonel Luthra and makes the video viral where Indian government wants Kabir dead.Vikrant Kaul replaces Luthra and has is own strategy of work while Lulthra's daughter Kavya joins his team for revenge.But minister Sarang tells Kaul that his team can never get hold of Kabir and the only officer who can catch him is Vikram.Vikram joins the RAW and along with Kavya traces him to Spain where Kabir is to meet his adopted daughter Roohi.After life threatening cat and mouse race when Kabir comes face to face with Vikram he has to let him go to save hundreds of other lives.Finally Kabir and Vikram face-off when Kabir revels he is against contract of Kali for killing Sarang's younger brother and family.Vikram and Kabir decide to team in order to save them.But in twist of faith Kabir faces a truth which he never expected.
