Trafic (1971) BDRip x264 ukr sub
  • Release date: 11 Dec 1972
  • Release year: 1971
  • Runtime: 96 minutes
  • Country: France, Italy
  • Keywords: monsieur hulot, car show, car journey, highway, border, traffic, police, dog, written and directed by cast member, running out of gas
Plot:
Altra, a Paris-based vehicle manufacturer, is unveiling its new camper van at the International Auto Show in Amsterdam. Accompanying Marcel the driver of the truck transporting the camper van from Paris to Amsterdam is M. Hulot, the designer, and in her own yellow roadster the American PR agent hired for the event, Maria Kimberly. The film is a series of sight gags, at the factory before everyone leaves for Amsterdam, at the auto show itself and its setup, and mostly on the road as a largely silent or inaudible Hulot, Maria and Marcel get into one mishap after another, thus it never a guarantee that the trio or the camper van will make it to the show on time or intact. Most of the sight gags with the latter group focus on items related to vehicles, their drivers, and/or traffic.
