Pralayanath Gendaswami kidnaps three top Indian nuclear scientists as he wants to build a missile for invasion of India. His only setback is honest officer IG Rudrapratap Chouhan whom he kills and the only witness to it is his son Sanjay.The Authorities appoint Brigadier Suryadev Singh to take matters in his hands who chooses an honest but hot-headed cop Shivajirao Wagle to assist him who is on suspension most of the time.Brigadier and Wagle are two different personalities where one believes in peace and the other in attack, but both have one thing in common is patriotism. Brigadier is soon put behind bars for ordering fire in a public gathering, losing many lives, and Wagle testifies against him, which goes as a shock to the authorities.But Brigadier and Wagle both had planned the activity as the roots of terrorism activities were borne inside the jail by Gendaswami and Minister Jeevanlal.Meanwhile during New Years Eve Sanjay and his friends find Radha daughter of Jeevanlal abandoned on the beach after she witness the murder of a woman who was killed by her lover Rasiknath whose son of Gendaswam.Out of fear Radha testifies against Sanjay and his friends but Wagle convinces Brigadier to let him handle the case as Sanjay is framed being only witness to his father's murder.Brigadier gathers enough evidence in prison and is released before his term and along with Wagle is set to put and end to Gendaswam's empire.
