After only six months of marriage, disenchanted homemaker Marta feels her passion for Dario, her boring literary editor husband, wane. As a result, free-spirited Marta takes matters into her own hands and lets herself get carried away by handsome Frenchman Leon while admiring the vivid murals of Palazzo del Te in Mantua, Italy.
