15 years ago after loosing his love Prajakta,Dagdu swears to become rich in order to get back his love In present times Dagdu is owner of a music company and generous person.His sister wants him to get married but he is still in love with Prajakta.He finds that she lives in Kudal and goes in search of her with his friends.But work permits Prajakta to move to Mumbai Dagdu reaches her village and convinces her father Madhav Lele for their marriage buy pretending to be someone else as he still has hatred for him.But when he meets Prajakta he finds that she is not the same innocent sweet girl he loved.
