The Watcher in the Woods

The musician Paul Curtis travels to the countryside with his wife, the writer of child books Helen Curtis, his teenage daughter Jan Curtis and his young daughter Ellie Curtis, to visit an isolated house in the woods owned by Mrs. Aylwood. He rents the house and his daughters, who are sensitive girls, see something strange in the woods and in the house. Soon Jan learns that Mrs. Aylwood's daughter Karen has gone missing thirty years ago while playing blindfolded in the church with her friends John Keller, Tom Colley and Mary Fleming. Further, it seems that she is trying to contact Ellie and her while strange things happen.
