Plot
Storyline
The writer is invited to the town of Tashlinsk by the mutants who emerged after an unnatural and constant rain causing the evacuation of the city, and by the children who are studying the unearthly knowledge of mutants.
A father travels with a UN envoy to the isolated town of Tashlinsk in search of his daughter, who has been institutionalized by a group of "non-humans". He must race against time before the authorities purge this mysterious institution. (Russian with English subtitles).
