Ragini Phule a young journalist is given task by her boss to get a sensational news to save her job. She gets anonymous call asking to investigate suspicious circumstances leading to death of Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shahstri in Tashkent in 1966.Ragini's boss doesn't find power in the story but goes ahead with it. In order to investigate the suspicious death of Prime Minister government forms a panel which includes jury members as politicians,historians,scientist,journalist and Ragini herself.The debate takes place in a small court room with many explained and unexplained events at the time of Prime Minister's death leading to a situation where Ragini life is in danger.
