He is found in the hands of Cornelius Hatcher, the almighty owner of the gold mine and only employer in the desolate jungle town El Dorado, where his armed thugs whip debtor workers like slaves. Beck frees Travis, finds him unwilling to return to LA but is determined to force him, causing an escape game, complicated by the town's only barmaid Mariana, whom Travis believed his lover, actually a leader of the armed rebels, who need the gold, with Hatcher on their tail and everybody even more prepared to play dirty after Travis actually find the treasury.
