Rural municipal councilman Dev is the perfect fiance for doctor Sharon. Learning she lost her still-missing elder sister Raven when aged four, he gets his cousin, police detective Frank, to help search for her. They find the perfect suspect nearby, single Collette, who claims to have let their mother unable to deal with stepfather, and is eager to move back in the parental home.
