WW2. A POW camp in Scotland housing captured German officers has rebelled against the guards, preventing them from entering the compound. Mastemind behind this is the wily German senior office, Captain Schluetter, a U-boat commander. The British Army sends in an intelligence officer, Captain Connor, to advise the base commander. Captain Connor's role is more than to put down the uprising: British Intelligence believes that the Germans are planning something big involving the base and want him to figure out what.
