Plot:

14th-century France. After saving his life in battle, Jean de Carrouges, a veteran warrior, falls out with his brother-in-arms and former friend, squire Jacques Le Gris. Then, as newly knighted Sir Jean gradually loses favour with Count Pierre d'Alencon, Marguerite de Thibouville, Carrouges' beautiful wife, accuses Le Gris of raping her. And to defend her honour, Jean requests a duel. However, the truth is in the eye of the beholder. As a result, the interpretation of three distinct realities and three conflicting points of view culminates in a gruelling death match. But who will win the last duel?
