The Craigslist Killer

Boston University's brightest med school straight AAs-student Philip Markoff is expected to get countless lucrative offers after his impending graduation. The gifted self-made charmer, who worked his tail off to pay for his studies, falls in requited love with silver spoon fellow med student Megan McAllister, they share an apartment and he wins over her very wealthy New Jersey parents, while keeping his own dysfunctional family at bay until their wedding. Yet Philip has a dark alter-ego, who posts divested selfies on Craigslist's unconventional erotic services which lead to meetings with bondage and travesty fetishists girls, some of whom he meets and abuses. NYPD detectives Bennett and Frye gather evidence against him for a brutal murder, yet Megan blindly stands by her man until his first failed suicide in jail and ultimate confrontation.
