The Bride wore Black

Julie Kohler has been despondent ever since the death of her husband, David Kohler, the love of her life who she knew since childhood. As she was prevented from killing herself in that despondency, Julie changes her mission in life to taking revenge by killing the five men who she eventually learned were the cause of David's death, they who have dispersed never to see each other again in hiding their actions with regard to David. To hide the fact of what she is attempting to do, she tells her mother that she is going away, Julie's niece Sabine who sees her board the train, which is only a ruse to stay in town to start this mission as Julie never does take that train trip. After she completes her mission, she doesn't care what happens to her in coming to peace with her actions. With a general plan concerning each man, the question becomes whether she can complete what she sets out to do as she is forced to alter her plans on the fly based on what actually happens with each man.
