On Halloween night, two friends, Tara and Dawn, find themselves hunted by the silent and sadistic Art the Clown after a brief, unsettling encounter at a diner. What begins as a creepy game of cat-and-mouse escalates into a visceral nightmare as Art traps them in a derelict apartment building, using a grotesque array of makeshift weapons to torture and mutilate his victims. As Tara's sister, Victoria, arrives to rescue them, she is pulled into the bloodbath, discovering that Art is not merely a human killer but a seemingly supernatural force of pure malice.
