On Halloween night, two friends, Tara and Dawn, find themselves hunted by the silent and sadistic Art the Clown after a brief, unsettling encounter at a diner. What begins as a creepy game of cat-and-mouse escalates into a visceral nightmare as Art traps them in a derelict apartment building, using a grotesque array of makeshift weapons to torture and mutilate his victims.
