Poor forum etiquette "frightens" away uploaders.  Let's not have that

IRC is the gold standard.

Find one that BOTH offers its own web client (or ext provided web client) and neither blocks nickserv registration for VPN use, nor blocks web client for VPN.   

It's patently absurd to request people disable vpn especially given how IRC operates
