Plot:

Retired Marine sniper Thomas Beckett (Tom Berenger) is called back into service by the CIA. Beckett is tasked with assassinating Gen. Valstoria, a rogue general who is responsible for hit-and-run ethnic cleansing operations. Beckett is teamed up with Cole (Bokeem Woodbine), who was to be executed for killing a federal officer. He is offered to be set free if he participates in the mission. After successfully taking out their target, the two-man team realize that their mission is more than what they expected...
