Using stolen human parts to recreate an ambitious, top-secret project of the Third Reich, the deranged neo-Nazi scientist, Dr Klaus, intends to create the ultimate killing machine. As three friends, Madge, Coop, and Skip, arrive at a peaceful seaside town, before long, they find themselves caught in the middle of Klaus' experiments, while in the meantime, a mysterious creature roams free in the silent waters of the nearby lake. Now, as the death toll keeps rising, the trio of visitors, along with the authorities and the locals, will have to summon up the courage to fight the thing that can't die.
