Kneeling on the floor pleading for mercy and a third extension on her house loan, proud Romani woman Mrs Ganush is at the mercy of sweet loan officer Christine. But today of all days, the junior clerk must convince her superiors that she can make tough decisions. As a result, Christine makes the most disastrous call of her life.
