Marked for elimination, he becomes the focus of both organized crime and compromised law enforcement officials. While federal agents attempt to control his movements, Lo uncovers corruption within his protection detail and escapes. Chicago detective Karla Withers and veteran investigator Mace Ryan recruit him into a larger effort targeting Kinman Tau's narcotics network.
