Plot:

Berlin, late summer. A fire breaks out in the Berlin Television Tower, trapping all the guests inside the revolving restaurant. A struggle for sheer survival unfolds, and as the fire department battles to prevent the ultimate catastrophe - the collapse of the tower - the disaster puts the relationship of a young fireman and his boss to the fire test.
