Princ a Vecernice (1978)(CZ)

An aging king worries about his royal offspring, as the crown prince Velen constantly frolics around on the palace grounds, rather then learning about affairs of sate, with his three sisters, who need to be married off dynastically, while pranking each-other without any dignity. Another banter about princely responsibilities leads to Velen be put in charge while the king in on a short official journey, having promised to find suitable brothers in law. Asleep after failing all day, he gets a nocturnal apparition from the Evening Star, an irresistible belle in he instantly falls for, who reciprocates and even promises three dream grooms. They appear, Moonbeam, Sunbeam and Wind each stealing a sister's heart and taking off with them. The king is furious to find his daughters gone with utter strangers, without dowry and other arrangements, so orders Velen to retrieve them. It proves a perilous journey, where he's cheated and abused down to his shirt covered in blisters, but never gives up, proves himself kind and courageous. Evil sorcerer Mrakomor declares the Evening Star his bride, against her will, so her also takes on a magical fight, which seems desperate but every time is magically saved by the grooms, who turn out in-laws part of an elaborate plan.
