Charlie and his friend Rhea are big thieves. Charlie receives a letter from his late friend Raj's wife which mentions gold will be transferred from Russia to Romania on a train. Charlie discusses it with Victor Briganza, a Robin-Hood-type thief who has taken care of many orphans, including Charlie, and dreams of building an orphanage for them. His daughter Naina loves Charlie, who is unaware of the pair's activities. For the great robbery and the fulfillment of Victor's wish, Charlie teams up with magician Ronnie, computer hacker Spider, explosives expert Bilal, and wannabe-actor Sunny. The team successfully loots the gold from the train, but Spider double-crosses them and sends his men to kill Victor as soon as he is out of jail--and he's shot dead in front of Naina. Charlie and the team wait up for the next step after the robbery, and Spider and his men attack them, killing Ronnie and Rhea. A year later, surviving members Charlie, Bilal, and Sunny locate Spider who is living a lavishly in New Zealand with the gold. This time Naina teams up with them to avenge her father's death.
