In the wake of the assassination of suave businessman Alejandro Felipe Salazar at a Paris art exhibition, Miguel Ortiz--a ruthless, world-class crime lord--seeks revenge against the L.E.T.H.A.L. Agency. After all, Ortiz holds a grudge following the elimination of his brother in Hard Ticket to Hawaii (1987). As Ortiz embarks on a bloody quest for vengeance, Agents Donna and Taryn join forces with dangerous freelance spy Travis Abilene to thwart Salazar's escalating threat. However, Salazar is not to be underestimated; he is a master of deception on the verge of executing his sinister plan. With each agent facing certain death, the question remains: How will they stop him when killing becomes an art form?
