An Arab emir, emir Abdullah, finds his lost daughter who becomes the new heiress to his fortune. She is however married to Bernard Berian, an oil speculator, who is a competitor and worst enemy of the emir's largest client, Jean-Marie Tardel, crooked CEO of G.A.P., the main oil company in France. The struggle to become the largest oil importer in the country will be ruthless.
