With the local police department being accused of sexism, and the murderer of a gay model in Los Angeles still on the loose, Chief Wilkins enlists the help of an unlikely couple to infiltrate the gay community. As a result, the macho, straight police officer, Sgt. Benson has to team up with the meek gay file clerk, Kerwin, to conduct the investigation, while posing as a couple.
