Bharat and Samir are transferred to a bank in village they live in a mansion which is said to be haunted,Ravi is more happy for his transfer as his ladylove Manisha is his next door neighbor,Bharat also finds his love in village dancer Soudarya and Samir falls for a bank customer Sunaina one day in lunch break they discuss about how the mansion became haunted,the mansion was housed by Inamdar his abnormal son Babya and accountant Kirkire, Inamdar and Kirikire try to cheat a girl and marry Babya to him but Durgamaushi arrives on time and breaks the wedding following which Kirikire is killed by people on the spot and Babya commits suicide which results and heart attack to Inamdar where he curses Durgamaushi that her daughter Manisha will always remain single and no one would marry her years later Durgamaushi who is no more is said to be killed by spirit of Inamdar by pushing her in well.on the day of Amavashya Bharat is possessed by spirits of Inamdar,Kirkire and Babya which is noticed by Samir but Ravi do sent accept it as they were heavily drunk last night,Samir than decides to take the help of Sunaina's father Vetale Guruji.will,will the mansion ever be free from spirits ? will Bharat live a normal life again and will Ravi and Manisha's wedding take place?
