Plot:

Development shark Frank Dunbrook's golden boy Josh is brilliant at talking people into 'win-win' deals, bit wants to graduate to finishing whole projects. Frank agrees, provided he starts training his screw-up brother Anthony while buying up broke Ed Holland's artistic theatre. In the process, Josh fall in love with Ed's daughter and would be-successor Tiffany. Anthony falls for her buddy Izzy Flores, who offered to be their host as Josh c-successfully auditioned as dream-prince for the latest, possibly last play, so decides to help her with extensive renovations.
