A manager bids bitter farewell from his place of employment, a seedy pub, owned by a sadistic gangster, on the outskirts of Liverpool, by inviting two groups of Northern Irish pensioners, former and continuing conflicting partisans from the religiously infected sectarian battles of the old country.
