Against the backdrop of a worldwide assassination scheme, Julian Wall--the ruthless kingpin of the underground criminal organisation, Big-O--sets out to kidnap the renowned scientist, Dr Norman Solaris: the inventor of the devastating solar-powered Helio-beam weapon. Believing that he has successfully eliminated the last agent of I.C.E.--the fun-loving super-spy and playboy photographer, Matt Helm--Wall intends to use the death ray against Washington DC, unbeknownst to him, however, that a very alive and incognito Matt heads to cosmopolitan Cote d'Azur to track down the professor's beautiful daughter, Suzie. Can Matt Helm thwart the megalomaniac's plans, or will he stay dead forever?
