Amelia Delcourt, 32, is an intrepid police officer, recently integrated into the Crime Department, and fed up with news stories from her mother Babeth, an absolute fan of true crimes. Too eager to prove herself and trusting her instincts as always, she makes a terrible mistake during an operation, ruining months of work trying to uncover Shakespeare, a serial killer who is spreading terror in the north of France.
