Plot
Storyline
In the later years of her life, as she's approaching the age of forty, the novelist Jane Austen helps her niece find a husband.
An evocative glimpse into the life of the successful author. At the age of 40, Jane Austen has already achieved considerable fame and recognition. She lives unmarried with her older sister Cassandra and her mother in a small cottage in idyllic Hampshire. To her niece Fanny, she is a true expert on matters of the heart, and Fanny often turns to her for advice. Her famous aunt is supposed to help her find the right man for life. But why has Jane herself never married? Fanny is determined to unravel the mystery of Jane Austen's past.
