The film is based on the true story of Texas' most dangerous serial killer. The FBI agent and his partner are close to busting a sex-trafficking ring. They team up with a Florida Law Enforcement Agent who has been investigating the case for a long time when they realize their investigation has crossed the path of a brutal serial killer.
