Rajesh Dixit works as a secretary to Shyam and has a bad habit of gambling.He finds that his sister Chanda is in love with his childhood friend Ramu and arranges their marriage.But needs forty thousand for the same and decides to gamble.But Motilal approaches him and asks to pose as his impostor in front of his uncle Raja Dinanath who lives in Darjeeling.Rajesh agrees for the same in return of money to marry his sister.Motilal gives him all details of his childhood and Dinanath so that nobody could suspect him.As soon as Rajesh reaches Darjeeling Motilal gets killed and Rajesh finds Dinanath's nurse is eyeing his wealth and plans to kill him.Rajesh now gets trapped into deep conspiracy where he will be framed for murder of real Dinanath and realizes that the one he met was his impostor.Rajesh now has to prove himself innocent in front everyone as well his lover Roopa.
