An x-ray of two people making love is found at a hospital. Nurse Yoon Young believes she is in the compromising x-ray and prepares her resignation. When she arrives at the hospital the next day, the hospital is empty except for her and the head doctor Lee Kyung Jin. Apparently, the other workers have all called in sick in fear that they are in the x-ray. Meanwhile, strange sinkholes appear in Seoul. Yoon Young's boyfriend Sung Won is hired to fill the hole.
