Lilith

A vampire wanders a city-scape stealing blood from comatose hospital patients and medical supply vans. Using her enormous strength, she rescues a prostitute from an attack one night and is invited back to a brothel. A stylish little film out of Belgium, it would be well classified as a lesbian romance, with a bloody but cute ending.
