Orphan and homeless young Suraj alias, Sunny, slaves on the streets to make a living. He is soon taken in by notorious Dabariya and takes orders from him to commit criminal activities, usually against a gangster named Jaunpuriya. This path of his leads him to jail. While in custody he gets to meet a young woman named Sangeeta Joshi and slowly gets attracted to her. Sangeeta convinces Suraj to give up his criminal ways, to which he reluctantly agrees. He begins to earn money by honest means but the questions remain. Will Dabariya let go of Suraj that easily? Will Jaunpuriya allow Suraj to live a peace-full life or will he use this opportunity to take revenge on Suraj?
